Why we ask
Service interests help Damian Leach discuss suitable District contributions with you. Presidents Elect profiles help Damian and authorised District administrators plan leadership learning and support. Registering an interest is not an appointment or a Specialist Hub application.
What is saved and who can use it
The information you submit is stored in the website’s hosted database. Profile photographs are held separately in private file storage. The site records your photo-use choice and when it was made. Written profile answers are not for publication.
The service supports copies to a District Google response register and, for profiles, a private Google document and photograph when that connection is enabled. Those copies are part of the same administration process. Ask Damian about who currently has access; website sign-in alone does not give someone access to private profiles.
Your photograph and private links
Choose how your photograph may be used on the profile form. You can change your answers, photograph or permission through your private edit link. A change of permission applies to future use; contact Damian about an image already published.
Anyone with your complete edit link can access and change your profile. Keep it private and do not forward it with your public biography. A phone-upload link is also private and expires after 24 hours or once it has been used to save the profile.
Corrections, withdrawal and retention
Reply to Damian’s invitation, or use Damian’s contact page, to correct or withdraw a service interest, recover access, withdraw photo permission, or ask about removing a record. Include your reference where available. Do not send your private edit link or password.
Saved interests, profiles and their administration copies do not currently have an automatic deletion date. Ask about retention or removal if you no longer want the information held. Removing a browser draft does not delete a submitted record or a Google copy.
While completing a form
Unsaved answers stay in the open page and can be lost when you leave or refresh. A preview is not a submission: wait for the confirmation and keep the reference. Provide only information relevant to the form. Avoid sensitive information about other people.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the website, database and file storage. Google services process administration copies where connected. Providers also process routine request and security information. No Google Analytics tag is configured in this website.
